But it doesn't surprise me. Thanks to our excellent public relation skills, most companies think us to be just another local college, and provide us with the same tests that they would give Sri Ranga Sai Polytech Institute: WHAT IS POLYMORPHISM? WRITE IN JAVA. Of course, we don't perform well in these tests, prompting the employers to further downgrade us in their internal assessment. It’s a sad thing indeed that after the first 2-3 companies we usually get interviews like this. But it doesn’t surprise me.
